Tollard Court Heating Replacement

Tollard Court is a converted hotel building consisting of 39 high quality flats occupying a prestigious location on the cliff top at Bournemouth.

ION were engaged to design and oversee the complete replacement and upgrade of the entire heating system and all domestic hot and cold water systems serving the flats.

New high efficiency centralised heating plant will now replace existing life expired plant, with individual ‘Heat Interface Units’ incorporating energy monitoring and metering, now enabling accurate billing for individual occupiers.

The new system design required careful phasing to ensure minimal disruption to users of the building.
