The works involved the reconstruction of two thirds of the existing marina site with new pontoons, industrial and commercial buildings, changing areas and leisure facilities.

The scope of ION’s services included the replacement of the complete mechanical and electrical infrastructure to the site including new gas and water mains, HV and LV distribution, sub stations, supplies to industrial and retail units, and ship to shore connections.
