NOSS Marina – River Dart, Devon

New exclusive marina development located on the bank of the river Dart in Devon.

The project includes berthing for 250 boats, commercial offices, industrial units, retail units, a hotel and 110 high end residences (apartments and houses).

ION have developed a long-standing relationship with Premier Marinas and have completed similar schemes in their Swanwick and Chichester marinas.

ION were responsible for the specification and design of all the M&E services throughout the site including a new 33KV incoming power supply, all incoming water systems, plus telecom and broadband services required throughout the development.
