Highways England – Maidenhead

Highways England took possession of the Ground and first floors of this existing office facility and carried out a complete refurbishment and re-styling of the spaces to provide new meeting rooms and open plan office spaces.

ION Consulting provided the technical input to the project from the initial feasibility studies, through to the full building services design, overseeing the installation and managing the testing and commissioning phases.

In addition to high efficiency LED lighting and a generous distribution of power outlets for the office users, a sophisticated communication system was incorporated into the project.

Working closely with the client and delivery team, the project was successfully delivered on time and to the exacting finish expected by Highways England, giving them a high-quality office space and flexible meeting facilities for staff and teams.
