Pall Europe Office Relocation, Portsmouth
Provision of new services within a prestigious 5 storey shell and core office building to cater for 650 people relocated from an existing office tower block in Portsmouth. The project included new restaurant, data centre, standby generation and exhibition suite as well as general office workstations.
IBM Lennox Wood Horsham, Disaster Recovery
Fit out of a 500 seat 'disaster recovery' centre for a blue chip bank dealing room. Services included UPS and generator backed supplies as well as lighting, power, AC and displacement ventilation.
Skandia House
Upgrade of existing plant and M&E services within a 7 storey landmark office building in Southampton. The works were undertaken 'out of hours' to minimise disruption to the building users.
Sentinel House, Poole
Complete refurbishment of a 35,000Sqft office block including LG7 lighting, VRF air conditioning, ventilation, power, IT and water services. The building was designed for maximum flexibility, offering open plan office accommodation, but with the option of fully controlled and serviced cellular offices being installed with minimum disruption.
